. Design Consultation

Our in-house consultations are designed as information-gathering sessions where we discuss the scope of your project. We ask about your lifestyle, design preferences, cooperate identity and other needs associated with your space. We also outline our process and answer any questions you may have. Then we come up with drawings i.e. layouts showing the space plan, electrical and ceiling design, flooring design and elevations for further clarification. We also give visualization of the space by providing 3D renders to enable you get the feel of the space before actualization.

. Design & Build

Design and Build is a method to deliver a project in which the design and construction services are contracted by a single entity known as the design–builder or design–build contractor. We offer design–build services which relies on a single point of responsibility contract and minimizes risks for the project owner and reduce the delivery schedule by overlapping the design phase and construction phase of a project. “DB with its single point responsibility carries the clearest contractual remedies for the clients because the DB contractor will be responsible for all of the work on the project, regardless of the nature of the fault.
